“Organically raised” means that this rice is raised without the use of any artificial agricultural chemicals or chemical fertilizers, and “specially cultivated” indicates that cultivation has been carried out in accordance with the “Guidelines for Specially Cultivated Agricultural Products” of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.
